What we collect
We collect the details you choose to submit in the enquiry form, including your name, company, email address, phone number, event date, location, number of event days and any message or special requirements.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your event and prepare a quote. We do not use website analytics or advertising trackers.
Form processing
Formspree processes enquiry submissions on our behalf so they can be delivered securely. Formspree acts as a service provider for this purpose.
How long we keep it
Information from enquiries that do not become bookings is deleted after 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a booking, relevant business and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or raise another privacy question. Use the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the message field.
