Can I hire a sticker or label printer for an event?+
Yes. Sticker Studio offers full-day hire of a complete sticker station in Stockholm and surrounding areas, with an iPad and a label printer that prints and contour-cuts on site. It can be customised for brand activations, product launches, retail events and private celebrations.
What is included in the sticker station hire?+
The hire includes an iPad and stand, a printer and mini PC, selected sticker material and an app customised for your brand. We deliver, set up and test the station, give your team a short walkthrough and collect it afterwards. Remote support is included during the event.
Can guests print their own names on stickers and labels?+
Yes. Guests can add their name to your approved sticker or label design on the iPad and print it at the event. You choose the available options beforehand, from names alone to selected colours, fonts and doodles, so every result follows your brand and brief.
What does the venue need to provide?+
An indoor, weather-protected space, a stable surface and one normal power socket. A table around 120 × 60 cm is usually enough, and the printer can also be integrated into a client-supplied cabinet.
How far ahead should we book?+
We recommend getting in touch at least two weeks before the event. Shorter lead times may be possible depending on artwork readiness and availability.
What artwork do we need to supply?+
For the standard branding process we need your logos as PNG files, the actual label artwork to be printed and an SVG cut file for that label. We can help create or prepare missing assets for an additional charge.
How long does the branding take?+
Allow around one week once all required, print-ready files have been received. You'll review the branded experience before the event.
Who operates the station?+
We install and test everything, then give your team a quick walkthrough. From there guests can use the iPad themselves, with your event staff nearby if you prefer. Remote support is included.
Which sticker finishes are available?+
Available material options include matte, gloss, high gloss and holographic. We'll recommend and quote the best finish for your artwork and event.
